Das Appartement-Hotel ist ein Neubau. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Wir hatten unsere Zimmer im 1. OG, sodass der Dachgarten mitbenutzt werden konnte. Eine Küche mit allen Utensilien, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett usw. ist vorhanden. Die Metro ist fußläufig in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem waren wir begeistert und äußerst zufrieden. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Tiefgarage, die sich im Nachbargebäude befindet.

We rented two apartments at this location. The apartments are big and spacious, our apartments where on the top floor with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is a metro station less than 5 mins walk. There is a nice supermarket nearby less than 5 mins walk. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, I would defiantly return and recommend this location for a weekend trip to Copenhagen.

This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Copenhagen! The apartment was perfect for our family with two teenagers. It was spacious, clean and a nice place to hang out. We also enjoyed the possibility to cook there. There are many supermarkets at the neighbourhood and the hotel has its own gym that we also liked. The metro is only a few steps away and you can even take the ferry to the city.The surroundings are new and there are lot of constuction sites. There can be some noise but it didn't bother us at all.

Skøn lejlighed. Vi var 2 voksne og 4 børn afsted. Fint plads til os alle. Nemt til offentlige transportmidler skøn altan. Pænt og rent. Sød og venlig personale.

Apartamento moderno, pero le pongo un 1 porque es imposible descansar ya que en el edificio hay un gimnasio y retumban las paredes de la habitación. ¡¡Nos han despertado a las 7:20 a.m.!!Hace calor y no hay aire acondicionado. No podemos abrir la puerta de la terraza porque está a pie de calle y puede entrar cualquiera.La ducha no puede cerrarse y se llena el suelo del baño de agua.

整棟是新的公寓式酒店，格局寬敞舒適、有大陽台可以眺望社區街道及捷運往返的風景；烹飪設備齊全，但調味料、食用油需自備；有提供洗衣機、二個獨立臥室及客廳餐廳的公共空間；飯店位置距離地鐵站很近。缺點是室內通風不足、無窗，需開啟陽台門通風，安全性不佳；室內溫度高達29度、無空調；且室內燈光不足、夜間較昏暗。附近仍在施工，故白天較難好好休息。

Der er en del byggerod, ellers ligger det tæt på metro. Køkkenet var en smule mangelfuldt for sådannogle som os der kan li at lave mad. Ingen skåle fx. Og en lille flaske olie havde også været en dejlig ekstra service.
