Copenhagen Airport

Copenhagen airport is small yet not crowded. The place was organized, lots of restaurants, cafes to choose from, duty free has a lot of sales and items to choose from. Signature shops can be found aa well from chanel etc. Free wifi airport with strong connection... the downside was the restrooms are dirty and smelly, i think they should look into that..

Very cosy Airport. Well organized and systematic and if you follow rules then onboarding is smooth. Helpful people. From outside you may not find it attractive but from inside it is having lots of shopping options, restaurants and even lounge. It has souvenir shop, which has good options to purchase. Tax free shops where you can buy water, chocolates, cosmetics, liquor, toys, Swarovski jewelry, branded watches, perfumes. Many other branded shops are there which are not tax free such Gucci, H&M, Victoria Secret etc. It has a help booth. People speak English and guide you well.

Average standards for a crowded busy airport.But this airport has a huge advantage compared to the other Scandinavian airports. It is easy connected to the city transportation by Metro.

Generally Kopenhagen as well as their airport was a pleasant experience.The people were nice and were all able to speak english very well.One thing that dampened my positive view a bit, was an issue with liquids at the security check.The staff followed the rule of having a 1 liter bag per person very strictly, while not thinking about how packaging of certain products like makeup and skincare takes in a lot of space, although it does not contain a lot of liquid.I flew a lot in my life and this was the first time that the personal took issue with how I packed my liquids. I had them all stored in 2 ziplock bags not exceeding the 1 liter limit.It would definitely be a positive change to overthink the rule of only being allowed to have a 1 liter bag per person, which doesn’t even fit two deodorants.All in all I had a pleasant stay in Kopenhagen as well as their Airport.

Copenhagen's main international airport at Kastrup has improved quite abit over the past two years. But despite this there is still alot that's behind par for them to come near more than just an average airport. The facilities now at least have better eating places and shops, but there's a lack of quality in the restrooms and they feel very much in need of an update and maintenance. Lounges are bad, even the newer ones. The layout and directions are awful and especially for non frequent flyers. At least the security is reasonable so far. And the people who work here are at least pretty nice and helpful. The seating is not the best around the airport and there is no place to relax between flights if you have long connections.. Overall an airport that is not quite there yet.

Shops are nice. Malls are nice. Incredibly slow border control. If you want to explore the shops in the airport, you will need to come 3 hours in advance at least before the departure time. 5 star for the airport shops. 1 star for border control team. They really remind me of the sloths from zootopia but the sloths were cute in the cartoon.

Not a bad airport. Prepare do to some walking as the arriving and departure gates are far from baggage collection and checkin. You walk through the shopping areas to reach this.

I had a wonderful experience at Copenhagen airport. I visited whilst transferring between flights. The transfer instructions were simple and concise. The airport was huge and had an extensive range of high and low range retail shops. Definitely something for everyone there. Airport was clean and easy to follow.
