It's reasonably priced and a great way to travel between Oslo and Copenhagen. The boat is a little older than what I expected, but great nonetheless. The food was delicious and the staff incredible helpful.

Boarding experience was great BUT the room was not good at all. Close to a door that has been smashed all night long. The rooms look old and are really small. Everything is made for people to consume more on site and only available activities were eating and drinking.+1 for the outdoor spa.

Many thanks DFDS for providing free tickets for Ukrainians seeking schelter in another country. Its really a great support for us while russian bloody invasion. Especially our gratitute for Lituanian Office and Mdm. Kristina who arrange all formalities very fast and very kind. Very nad service, and very dirty rooms, you can tell they dont clean properly at all and some rooms they dont even change the sheets. The explorere resturant was really bad aswell and the service wasnt good. Ordered fries that was dry and hard couldn’t eat it and all the waiter said was “the chef prob put it on for too long sometimes that happens” that shouldn’t happen when you pay for it! And its expensive aswell and not worth the money at all. We changed our rooms twice cos they hadnt cleaned them properly!

I see no smiling on crew's face, this is why 4 stars. Others like food and cabins are great.

Service was friendly and staff responsive. On board amenities sufficient. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable. The duty free shop the live music bar, sauna pool, restaurants and the disco are a plus. The morning view with a coffee and croissant for 45DKK from Baresso while sitting along the glass aisle enjoying the stunning snow capped view of the oslo fjord is breathtaking. Definitely recommended.

Jeg var op virksomhedsbesøg med en klasse. Foredragsholderne var interessante og der var en meget venlig stemning. Man kan virkelig mærke, at der her er tale om en servicevirksomhed i høj klasse. Det virker til at være et rigtig rart sted at arbejde

Prepare for child hell. There will be children constantly running around and preventing your use of the elevators. There's indeed signs prohibiting this, but none of this is enforced. My foot was injured and I had a hard time using the elevators since they were either blocked on the same floor, packed with children or zigzagging all over the place.Screaming babies late at night at the bars ensure there is no place quiet for adults to sit. Avoid deck 2, it's under 2 floors of cars and unhandy with all the problems with the elevators. Communication about the shuttle bus in Copenhagen was a bit lacking, since you're required to buy it in the boat and once you get off it, it's too late.Pizza was great.
