Ya estuve diversas veces haciendo sesiones de terapia con Nick, para sanar distintos problemas y estoy muy contenta con los resultados.Paso muchas horas sentada en el trabajo y a la vez me gusta entrenar fuerte. Está claro que me viene genial la ayuda de Nick para aliviar las molestias causadas por los esfuerzos diarios y las malas posturas si quiero mantener el ritmo que llevo.El tipo de tratamiento que ofrece es efectivo y proporciona un buen mantenimiento de mi cuerpo. Buscamos evitar que los dolores y contracturas se extiendan y provoquen lesiones más serias.Además, tengo el colon irritable y por este motivo evito utilizar medicamentos si no es estrictamente necesario. Con las ventosas (cupping), shiatsu y otras técnicas que utiliza este terapeuta, difícilmente tengo que recurrir a medicamentos.

I'm a professional contemporary dancer and because of this I usually have a hard time trusting someone else with my body. I had felt misbalanced physically for a couple of weeks and so I was recommended Nicolas by a colleague.I was immensely pleased with the treatment, the result and the care felt from Nicolas himself. Super flink fyr, men benene på jorden. Super dygtig med forståelse for hvordan man føler sig tryg når man har smerter. Nick er meget professionel! Jeg har kun prøvet cupping - på ryggen og armene og det er har gjort underværker! Jeg kommer stadig jævnligt for at komme af med mine ubehageligeheder :) 10/10 til Nick!

The holistic approach is very good for the several factors influencing my health (work in a desk, with books and computer, having a young kid). The therapist made an excellent job in improving my back and neck tension and pain, which was interfering with my vision. I was treated with shiatsu and cupping, I can only recommend him as the best therapist I have been to.

I came to see Nick after dealing with pains in my lower back for almost 10 months – my movement was decreasing, and I couldn’t even walk one kilometer without pains.I had been given up by physiotherapist and my own doctor – the pains were age-related. (I was 38)Getting the cups on the first couple of times was even more painful but slowly it started to loosen up and I felt more and more movement after every session.Nick is an empathic guy and his approach to me as a patient are both professional, warm and helpful. In both occasions his expertise and practice have proved to be highly beneficial for the specific issues I visited but also for my overall fast recovery and well-being. His holistic, gentle but firm, hands-on approach has worked miracles to my osteo-muscular system worn down by strenuous, physical rehearsals and demanding, long-durational performances. Thanks to Nicolas I got introduced to the treating method of cupping (which worked amazingly for me), a practice I'm currently seeking in my own hometown. The first time I came to Nicolas, it was because of a muscular spam on my back, from an intensive rehearsals period in my performer’s daily lifestyle. I could not move, and needed to be back to work the next day. Found him through his amazing blog, concretely an article on massage for dancers. Already after reading it, my intuition and his articulated, passionate way of writing on the topic, made me certain I was on the “right track”. I remember that certainty transforming into relief, and finally into stillness at the end of the hour long session. All the way from the questions asked, his genuine interest and specially his calm, focus energy set the healing, necessary mood. Is difficult to find nowadays masseurs with the ability to be fully present in touch. Nicolas has amazing hands and, anatomically speaking: “the right hands” both strong and gentle. I left the session feeling safe, well taking care of and knowing I had found a unique therapist. I was happily back to rehearsals the next day. So I highly, honestly recommend him!He is amazingly unique.
