Fin bus rute og god tur, man kan sidde slappe helt af mens man er på farten eller arbejde online. Kan varmt anbefales og husk lige at sige 'Tak for turen' til buschaufføren, de gør hvad de kan for at vi kunder får en god og hyggelig tur, kommer sikkert frem

It was our first time travelling with Kombardo. We were going from Aalborg to Aarhus on 16.04.22 at 11:30 and there were two busses standing. We are tourists ( it was clearly seen as we had two big suitcases) and when we came to the first bus and showed the tickets to the driver he atarted to talk to us in Danish, but we kindly let him know that we do not understand. Unfortunately, he continued to speak to us in danish louder and started to get annoyed ( by the fact that we dont know the language????) and made us stay out of the queue. My boyfriend politely tried to show him the number of the ticket, however he did not even wanted to see it. Later he let us through towards the second bus as he got annoyed by us standing there and looking at him shocked ( how kindly of him).Hopefully, this experience is caused by one particular driver who’s attitude was very rude. We felt extremely offended as this behavior was led by the fact that we are foreigners and do not speak the language.
