Bad customer service at least for foreigners. Webpage is only in English. Instructions for making a new account are not clear. By phone they say you can just come to the office with all documents but in the office they expect you to fill in some online form. The office at Vesterport works only for three hours in the midday that leads to long queues in a dark room with almost no seats. Overall, the service seems to be customer unfriendly.

Easy to use.

I have tried to become a customer for almost 2 months. I can’t believe the pure incompetence of all the people I have spoken to.The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand does.I must have called 10 times at least, but no one knows anything about anything.
