Old customers tied up in their old payment system will find it very difficult to unsubscribe from any future payments. You'll need to email them about it.

Do not forget to cancel subscription if you don't use it. They don't offer refund even if you didn't use the platform for 1 year and forget to cancel subscription. They don't need happy customers, just some money no matter what they have to do to get them. My bad that I forgot to cancel the subscription, but now the have 1 year paid in advance and I deleted my account just to show them the value they offer to me for this year in exchange of the money.PS. I requested refund just after the autorenew because that was the moment I remembered about their website. I haven't used any of the services I paid for.

GamerzClass has poor customer service despite providing good Dota content. I purchased a one year subscription and was happy with the content they had to offer. However, they automatically renewed the annual subscription without my consent, and refused to refund it even though I haven't logged in for over half a year now. This is unacceptable in my books and I will not be subscribing again in the future. It is very short-sighted and feels like a cash grab.

This company is extremely unethical and continues to chart you for your subscription even after having email correspondence saying they would. Do not use them.

Gamerzclass without any confirmation updated my subscription to a yearly one, when I wanted to cancel it. I wrote them an email that that amount was needed elsewhere this month and I simply cannot finance it as at the moment. Even after being a customer for over 2 years they are ignoring me completely. Absolutely terrible UX design / Terrible Customer Service.

Even with relatively high cost for the region I live in, I already thought it was wonderful to have the chance to learn how to play my Dota 2 the right way, so they launched the token system, which absurdly helped people who want access but can't afford it. always for the service. Thank you very much GamerZClass, thank you very much, Khezu for the offlaner tips, and please put PT_BR subtitles on all videos, it would be great.

pretty much the reviews as of late is the same issue I am having with this company. You wont be able to actually cancel the subscription without emailing them. Can't delete your account, I will likely need to get creative in order to stop this company from billing me. We will see if they actually reverse the charges.
