Møntvask - Byens Vask

Slidt og ubehageligt sted. Graffiti på væggene, men værst af alt er at der står et aksebæger derinde, og det blev brugt af en fuld mand da jeg var der. Ikke fedt at ens netop vaskede tøj så stinker af røg. Jeg kommer aldrig igen hvis jeg kan undgå det.

Accepts credit card to start all machines! Lifesaver!! Clean, well functioning machines. 15 minute walk from Kongens Nytorv or even faster by bike! Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect find during our trip!!We originally had not planned to do laundry so quickly in our 15day vacation but its been much warmer here than everyone thought so before moving to the next stop we had to so laundry asap and will come back to this location on the way back too!!This particular laundry mat was only 15min walk from our hotel in a quite little neighborhood and opened nice and early. We were the only ones there during the entirety of our wash/drying and had no issues at all.They have 7 washing machines totally:Two 7kg, Four 9kg, and One 15kg…the 15kg was down for repair though.Nice thing about the washers is that they are pre-programmed with the correct amount of detergent and softener according to load kg.They have 3 very large dryers along with a folding table and several laundry baskets to move your loads as you go.If I had to critic anything I would say:1. They could add a fan or two for ventilation because it does get warm being a laundry mat2. Having English instructions, we were able to figure things out with our Google translate thankfully3. Wifi would be nice for customers4. A couple of vending machines would be helpful too and another great source of income for the owners.5. Not having a restroom but that can be more work than worth and there are several little cafes/restaurants close by

If you need a laundry place while travelling in Copenhagen, this place is good. Machine operated by coins and soap included in the machine. Dryer needs to pay extra - coin operated also
