Købt en cykel og baglyten gik i stykker efter en uge. Man kunne tydelig se, at den må har været defekt på købstidspunkt. Tog den ind da de sagde, at der var 3 måneders garanti" på alle cykler. Det de "glemt" at sige var at det kun er bramserne og gears som er dækket undet garantien. I stedet for at reparere lygten

no doubt the seller's man took atvantage of me being new to Aarhus. i didnt know the bike market rates at all because im not from here, and i .tought 1500 kr for a used bikes with 3 gears is a normal priceapperntly its very expensive. i tried to use his help when i chose a pair (witch now makes me feel naive) and he told me that i just have to love them and he cant help more. after a few days i unerstood the bikes r nogood for me and saw that there real value is much less :(make a long story short:THIS STORE BELONGS TO A BAD GUY I RECCOMEND TO AVOID !

Hello all,I bought a bike from you in May, as seen in one of the attachments. However, the bike presented a defect in the chain, as you can see in the other attachment. I was far away from the store when the accident happened and sent it to fix in a store near me.I went today to the store to talk about the possibility of refunding the value of the chain and to check the rear rim, since I changed tire and tube after a tube explosion during another ride. It was unfortunately flat again when I was bringing the bike to the store today.After explaining my case to the attendant, who was repairing another bike at the moment, he said that the chain was not his problem, since I changed it in another store. After I said I would sell the bike, he made the ridiculous offer of 250 kr for a bike I paid 6 times more expensive in the same store. I just said thanks and left the bike in there. Because I need no alms.I never thought I would experince such a awful service like this in Denmark. I work here as an engineer since last year and I can say Rebike is very far away from the quality and respect other stores gave me.Be sure from now on I am forwarding this issue to other people who has the intention to buy from you.Regards,CarloP.S.: talking to other people in Aarhus, one of them they hear cases like mine two times per week. Bought a bike for 1700, with guarantee for three months, and got offered to rebuy the bike if I wanted to sell it. I ended up not needing the bike and I didn’t use it much, but when I went to sell it I was told they could give me only 200 because it needed repairs. So (a) they sold me something broken or (b) they were making this up to rebuy it cheaply. In any case it’s poor behavior. They just live from students needing to sell and buy quickly.

20 minutter og så var der skiftet pedal arm, pedaler, bremsekabel og bremsehoved var smurt. Til en billig penge i min verden!
