Jeg fik mit produkt for sent, og når jeg så åbner pakken er det det forkerte jeg er blevet tilsendt! Den er oven i købet ringe kvalitet. Jeg bestilte en eye balm og fik en ansigts massage dims hvor metalkuglen faldt ud!

I didn’t receive my item as i paid for it plus cargo fees, like many others who ordered and didn’t get anything ..so many fake excuses from the company .. i paid, i gave full details about my address , i followed up .. i emailed them sooooo many times … i even contacted them via WhatsApp, and yet nothing .. this company look like its scam. I know i am not the only victim of them.

My order did not reach to me twice even though I provided the full mailing address details. I also paid another shipping fee to have my order processed again. They answered me that the parcel is returned to thier warehouse due to insufficient address while this is the address I always use when I order from other stores and my purchases arrive. Now they are asking me AGAIN to provide my full address and proceed (TO PAY AGAIN) so they can arrange shipment AGAIN. This is the first time this scenario has happened to me. I am very disappointed.

Do not use this website to buy the Green jade Gua Sha stone. The one I have received is scratched, looks like it was used and is made out of plastic (it is definitely not a stone!!)I have not found any info on the their website that it is not jade and that it is substituted with a different material.I have emailed Beyousc on 07/03 but did not receive any response.Please avoid to spare your disappointment.
