Christel is a gem beyond compare! She is incredibly knowledgeable and puts her whole mind, body, soul and spirit into all she does! She definitely has a gift in leading yoga in a way I’ve never seen in anyone else. Her yoga classes feels like you are participating in moving poetry. She makes it fun too! It’s an honor to know such a being! She walks the talk so to speak. If you get a chance to practice with her, do it! She is highly recommended!!

Whether it is yoga, a retreat, women circle, cacao ceremony… Christel is a one of a kind. I have followed her through my spiritual practice attending many of her classes because of her amazing energy, passion, intuition and her ability to help me shed layers of limiting beliefs and tension. At the end of every experience Christel will guide you to a place of deep awareness and peace. I highly recommend her.

Christel has been integral to my health and wellbeing since going to her yoga classes where I live in Edinburgh approximately 7 years ago. She makes a class fun and challenging at the same time. Her dance background gives her classes a beautifully flowy, stretchy feel to them and you finish a class with her feeling strong and connected. She also has a gift too for holding space to feel safe and nurtured.
