Very unmanaged system. Really dont care about people who came first. No any rules anyone can come and interfare about their problems weather there is already one person who is doing his work doesnot matter there..very unmanageable looks like this is not embassy and loosing our nepal embassy reputation also shame on them.

One star for the staff who actually tried to help.It is a sad looking place which reminds you of all other government establishments back home. It's dirty, unorganized and you can look forward to everything you would experience in Nepal. Avoid this place if you can.

Have tried to call them numerous times. They will simply not pick up the call! 10 mins samma pani pani jaada nauthaune kasto ho!What if there is an emergency and we need your help? What kind of service is this?

They don’t care about your time.I was promised by staff that I can come back and collect my visa at 3:00 pm.. I was there 14:50 pm. No one was there. Every one in another room and talking… I was there like 10 minutes no one was come out. Finally one guy come out and ask me Why I was there. I replied that I have to collect my passport. He ask my name and told me that it was not ready. I ask him how long it will take. He answers me. he was just being. It take him 20 minutes and I miss my train back home.

Went there at around 11AM. People were super helpful especially the sister at the front desk.
