Great coffee but the company rips its customers off charging ridiculous mark-ups on filters, coffee and other consumables. Shortage of service engineers in the UK and very expensive service contract, £2000 per coffee machine. Charge double for Britta filters plus an additional charge for installation and won't let you buy your own filters, consumables or coffee beans at sensible prices elsewhere.

The Best or Nothing if you need a fully Automatic Coffee Machine.

please note this is for the UK & Ireland side... Absolutely atrocious customer service ... High end coffee machine with very very low end customer service, and i mean very very low end , My machine and all its other components will be scrapped , and ive not even used it yet ... and for the price you pay for this stuff that tells you how bad it is. I shall video it being scrapped and put it on line, These machines are worthless if you don't get the customer service
