Flotte møbler og lækre detaljer

Super skønne møbler. Deres string borde har jeg nu haft i 7 år og de er stadig lige flotte at se på.Andre småmøbler har jeg købt løbende ...god siddekonfort i stole og lækkert design på sofaborde.

Ordered a set of (4) Acapulco chair cushions, wired the funds within a day of receiving directions from the “Jacob”, and 3 weeks later can’t get anyone to respond to my emails and status of the shipment. Received an ”on vacation” email before the sales person had reached out and ask for the wire… maybe they should have waited to ask for the funds if they weren’t planning to ship the products for 4-6 weeks. Overall very disappointed and still wondering where my $400 cushions are.

I'm sad to say that despite selling nice products, this company is very unprofessional. I am an interior architect and bought the OAS table for a client. First they sent the wrong table; the owner called me and asked me to buy it from him as a favour and resell it as he had to pay too much for importing it back to Denmark. I kindly bought it from him since as a designer myself I could easily sell it. The correct table was received a week or two later but came with no paperwork other than a label on the box indicating this was the correct table. Once my client and I opened the box, we noticed the table was damaged. I send images that same day to the company director and it took around a week to tell us they would not not replace it since there was no paper work!!! My only option was to pay again for the transport (only) for a new table. This would have meant asking my client to spend more money for no reason really, plus having to rent a van to get rid of the damaged table. Unthinkable! My client is obviously rather furious with me. The way the company tried to deal with the situation is extremely unprofessional. Despite all this, the design is flawed, the table top is too heavy for the legs, it is very wobbly and the central area is clearly sagging. Extremely disappointing design and costumer care!! I ended up having to pay myself for the table in an attempt to keep my client. Be mindful of this to avoid disappointment!

Jeg har købt et On-a-string bord - det så fedt. Rigtig god købsoplevelse og monteringen var så simpel, da der fulgte link med til video. På mit arbejde har vi desuden nogle af deres produkter og de virker meget slidstærke.

great design, great service !The chair I ordered was defected but it was immediately replaced, plus I was compensated with a beautiful chopping board and a small discount. needless to say that all the extra delivery expenses were paid by OK design.Highly recommended!
