Easy, efficient & just what you'd expect from a self wash laundromat.Pay with card, the machines have detergent & softener dispensers built in, & if you're stuck just ask a local, they are super friendly & helpful.

Couple needed to do 10 days of laundry in Copenhagen. Read all reviews. This was highest rated.Spotless. Used credit card. Instructions in English but got a bit of help from locals. As seniors we took s taxi but you can reach via metro.Place was in a nice neighborhood with several places to eat within a block.Laundromat is spotless. Attendant popped in as one machine double charged. He corrected.Cost about 38 euro for 4 washers and 2 dryers. From hotel 2.5 hours door to door. Highly recommend

What's not to love?Has tap to pay (critical in a country becoming ever more cash free), very clear & simple instructions in solid English, and solid pricing.When traveling I don't want to have to go buy laundry detergent, and these come pre-filled and included!The dryer will let you self select how much time you want on the tap to pay pad. Really nice.Also close to nearby dining options including AAMANNS, always on someone's first time in Copenhagen list. Most people seem to leave for those options but I get to enjoy the me time with a book and some chill music in my headphones.

Excellent laundromat, very clean and relatively easy to use. If you have cash it only accepts coins, but we were able to use our credit card.We had a pretty big load and ended up paying 68DKK for 12kg wash, and 10DKK per 8 min in the dryer (30DKK total for 24 mins).Highly recommend!

Nice laundromat with new machines, open and bright windows, and they took credit cards and tap-to-pay. Pretty easy to figure things out with enough English-language instructions. Much nicer than the location a few blocks south.

It’s a good laundry service. Easy to use with a clear direction on the wall. I didn’t bring cash at first. Unfortunately, my card just didn’t work. So, I withdrew cash from atm machine, about 5 mins walking. It is also close to a nice cafe, so we can have a cup of coffee while waiting for the laundry to finish.

Loved that it had card facilities English instructions and a good amount of washers, could do with one more dryer is my only thought.

Easy to use, clean and a short walk from our hotel. Close to the Lake so we took turns walking to enjoy the area.

Fantastic self serve laundry. No cash, card only. Large and small washing machines and 4 big dryers. Very new and very very clean. Has everything you need from a laundry. Easy to find and instructions in English. Note: the card machine doesn’t display English (even when you select English). When it’s time to go to the pay station, tap your card, it’ll bring up three options (option 1: small washing machines numbers 1-5, option 2: larger washing machines numbers 6-8, option 3: dryers numbers 9-12). From there even though it’s not in English, it’s easy enough to figure out. Thankfully a lovely Danish lady helped me out with translation. Second note: don’t leave your washing/drying, if your cycles end and you’re not there & people are waiting to use them, your clothes will be taken out and left in a basket to free up the machine.
