Fasetech Motion

I highly recommend Fasetech and Racingcube. I purchased my system in February of 2021 and the product is unbelievable and service is amazing. I had an issue with one of the motors most likely resulting from user error. Steffen, the CEO was in the US and personally came to my home to resolve the issue. I am extremely happy with how the system operates and how much fun it is. In addition to the personal service I received I cannot believe how responsive they have been whether via email, telephone or in person! In my opinion it is the best motion simulator available, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I manage a french VR place and, to be perfectly honest, I was pretty anxious buying a simulator outside France.The reality is that :First, the simulator is just incredible as judged by our customers.Second, we had very few problems, mainly questions on how to renew licences or requests for advices.Third, even facing an electronical issue due to one customer, the support was fantastic : reactive, super professional and effective. Highly recommended. I received my RacingCUBE two years ago (Jan. 2019) and I’m still impressed about the added immersion in gaming. As I am a VR gamer, mainly racing games (AMS2, PC2, AC, ACC) but flying (MSFS) or simple driving (AMS, ETS2) I enjoy the added reality more and more. The 4th DOF is worth it.Adding motion to gaming was as huge as upgrading from my 3 screen setup to VR.Racing without RacingCUBE feels now completely odd, unrealistic to me.I also can recommend Fasetech as a company. They do have a great support if something get’s wrong. Quick respond, very supportive and a fast repair too.

I pre-order the Race cube from Fasetech, I'm so glad I did, I'm a sim racer and use the Race cube nearly every day, The Motion Rig is strong and reactive when set up correctly, it gives good immersion in the racing world. The after sales support is very good and I personally know they have made very effort to support their customers world wide. I would recommend the Race cube & Fasetech without hesitation.
