I was shocked how EDC Poul Erik Bech AROS, Aarhus C office has treated their client !!!8 Jan, I made an offer to the apartment, the Seller accepted the price, the agent also requested all my personal information about, bank, lawyer, etc., etc.15 Jan, Agent also sends me the contract, which I signed, and start all purchase with my lawyer and bank.18 Jan, the agent just called and informed the seller want to sell the apartment to another buyer. I was quite upset that because the agent asks me to start the process, and now all the lawyer and other fees have to be paid!!!I can understand that no matter buyer and seller can change the mind before the contract is signed,my questions to EDC Poul Erik Bech AROS, Aarhus C were,Why you send the not signed contract from the seller and ask me to start the process with my lawyer?and why you/seller has started the contract process, but still showing the apartment to others? why you start the contact process, at the same time still, trying to sell this apartment to others?!Is that simply because you fish around to the best price and get a higher commission fee?!I also call the agent and the manager there, and seeking for some proper explanation and at least some apologies, but the feedback basically was, the market is so hot now, F* off, we don't care! you don't need to buy from us!what treatment?! only because the market is hot you are doing business like this? what a shame!!!!Totally untrustable agent!and next time, advise to all, DO not do anything before the seller has signed the contract!
