Consular Section works fast. The communication was great and staff very helpful.Just one advice: follow the guidelines of the submission with attention (in the case of visa application), prepare the all the documents neatly and the process will be fast and with no problems.Ask them if you don't understand something, instead of doing things that are not clear.

Der er informationer, der adskillige minutter, om hvilke tal man skal trykke på for at blive stillet igennem. Når man tror, man endelig er igennem, kan man så finde ud af, der er lukket, selvom hjemmesiden siger noget andet.

Horrivel, moro em Horsens mais de 3 horas de viagem. Como existe um sistema telefônico de tão curto tempo assim em plena Dinamarca? Ta de brincadeira. O site fora do ar, ligo no tempo certo quando não me atendem a ligação cai por causa da espera, eu trabalho das 06:00-17:00 não posso sair daqui pra ir até Copenhagen até porque teria Q sai de madrugada e com trem fica quase impossível de chegar a tempo.

Det ville være rart hvis der blev oplyst at telefontiden er fra 9-10. Det oplyses at åbningstiden er dagl. fra 10-13.Det er mildest talt ærgerligt at vente med at ringe til åbningstiden kl. 10 for så at få at vide, at telefontiden var fra 9-10.Nu kan jeg så vente til på mandag med at få svar på mit spørgsmål :-(...

O melhor servico consular que ja tive! Fui muito bem atendido, super organizado e muito prestativos! Consegui fazer tudo que ptecisava fazer num ambiente muito agradavel e sem stress! There is often connection errors with the website, witch make it awfull when you have to see the information on the website itself. I can connect perfectly with other webpages, but there seem to be rather often problems with the server

Extremely bad experience. Just before heading, I had previously reviewed, pointed out gramma errors and approved a draft of the power of attorney. I was supposed to simply go there and sign the final version of the document, instead, it took around 2 hours, as I was required, once again, to review and point out the VERY SAME gramma errors.Another problem to mention is that the password system does not work, so you never know when it is your time to get to the counter.As an embassy it truly represents the bad quality of service found in Brazil, when it comes to public sector.

I would like to praise the highly professionalism of Consular service I have just experienced. I had an urgent matter, I had no time to book a time so I dared to show there and this gentleman was very helpful and solved my problem, and I assure you it was a headache with some last minute deadline about my family (wife and two kids) coming back after holidays in Brazil. It was kind of a perfect combination of functional denmark with nice brazilian approach :) thanks
