Not the friendliest staff. Ordered a bouquet for a family occasion. When I came to pick it up it didn’t look like anything I explained. When I asked if I could get my bouquet re-done as it was not what I wished for, the sales person told me that what I want is super old-school and they want to do their bouquets the “Nordic-way”(even though what I asked for was a style of bouquets I saw plenty of times here in Copenhagen). Also, they put a black ribbon on a birthday bouquet. In the end, they did it but made sure I got a good amount of arrogance and unwillingness to go that extra mile.

We had a small wedding ceremony in copenhagen city hall and looked for a florist. They made the most beautiful flower crown I could ask for. The staff was really kind, nice and quick. The price was reasonable, would definitely recommend.

Went there for our wedding bouquet. The staff were super nice, we asked one of the employees to make a combination of white flowers for us, it turned out to be super beautiful. I'm very very happy with it!!

they made an unbelievably, breathtakingly beautiful bouquet and flower crown on short notice for my elopement -- the most charming flower shop i've ever set foot in!

Absolutely phenomenal service. I arranged - with very very little notice - for Fiol Blomster to deliver a wedding bouquet and buttonhole to a hotel in the city for 9am today as a surprise for the couple. I gave them a few directions as to what would be nice but really had no idea what to expect. They NAILED it. Just a beautiful selection, perfectly matching the dress. Absolutely gorgeous. So not only can they do something wonderful, they can do it for an excellent price and with very little notice. Top notch. Delighted doesn't even cover it

We stopped in this flower shop to have a bouquet and a boutonniere made for our wedding and found the florist to be warm, friendly, and helpful. She understood my vision and made the most incredible arrangements that were perfect for our botanical gardens ceremony.
