High end audio and high end customer service. While I was trying to decide on which product was right for me, Mads was very helpful. Having bought the A500's there was a lot to learn about the Master Tunings, room correction, WiSA hub updates, speaker placement, the list goes on. Mads answers all my questions with very informative responses. The speakers sound amazing too of course but you can find that information easily. When it comes to presales and post sales customer service, Buchardt are supurb.

You know real service when something goes wrong. My speakers arrived with a rare failure, probably due to rough treatment during shipping. The owner of the company personally responded to my concern, absorbed the shipping costs, arranged for the replacements, and provided a discount to compensate for the delay. The speakers exceeded the rave reviews that led me to purchase them in the first place. Don't hesitate to purchase these speakers because they come from Europe or you are transacting in Pounds. The owner and CEO, Mads Buchardt, has gained my trust and exceeded my expectations for customer service.

I ordered the A500s. These speakers are quite remarkable and give me the endgame" speaker I was looking for. All the benefits of a modern integrated product

First up, I'm going to say that the A500 speakers weren't quite for me and my particular living space. However, there is no doubt that they are excellent speakers. Above all, I wanted to highlight the exceptional customer service from Buchardt. I trialled these speakers and then returned them under their 45 day warranty. Unfortunately, the finish on the speakers had some very slight marking on the veneer, a little like a fine spray which would not come off. No doubt it happened whilst they were in my custody - Buchardt still honoured the return with a slight adjustment to cover the damage. Great customer service - I will look forward to becoming a customer again in future, hopefully on a more long-term basis!

s400-speakers: small but beautiful..., sophisticated, open and detailed, instruments are well defined and very natural. highly recommended.

Impeccable order process, packaging, shipping, customer support and delivery to Australasia, everything better than I'd expected, as advertised. NZ govt requires individuals having an import #, (obtained in 1-2 days from customs). FedEx notified me prior to the package arriving in country so with Buchardt having prepayed all duty costs, it was immediately cleared for delivery.. Amazing. Packaging is Japanese level detail and security. Speakers arrived in spotless condition and were a pleasure to unpack. Mads replied to mid shipping questions in person, within 1 day (thank you). **I highly recommend dealing with this company** The S400’s speakers are breaking in, first impressions are.. impressive (they outperform their size and price, with a pleasant, detailed vocal range, clear acoustic presentation and a warm fuller than expected low base profile). I’ve driving with a Devialet 200, SAM enabled, will write a review once they've fully settled. S400 speakers look beautiful and sound stunning. For me, they are the perfect balance of clarity and musicality. It’s like listening to my music for the first time and every listen brings a smile. They deserve every bit of praise lauded on them. Very very happy listener. Well done Buchardt.
