Rented a poolhouse. I was not cleaned, and the pool was not working. Water temp was room temperature, and it was advertised as 28 degrees. We couldn't use the pool the whole week.After they fixed the pool, the energy and water usage went through the roof. But according to DanCenter that's a totally normal usage pattern to use 100 kWh/day and 0.8L/minute for 4 persons. Ended up with 2500 DKK just for energy alone.And we got 1500 in return for no working pool. We could have got a normal house for half the price. Stay away from DanCenter.

The house was fine we enjoyed ourselved very much (1 week sept 2022), but danland is a horrible company.See trustpilot for the full story, what happened before.30-1-2023Today I sent the following mail to Dancenter. Why ? I do not like to be accused of causing damage that I did not do, without any form of apology.L.s.I quote your (Dancenter's) reaction on Trustpilot regarding the fact that you accused me, without showing any proof, of damaging other people’s property.I quote:“Dear customerOur local office has informed us that they have withdrawn the charge of 67.20 euros.We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience and the lengthy processing of the case.Kind regards,DanCenter/xxxx”Your reaction, as you wil be well aware, is unacceptable. You accuse me of breaking your stuff, but after I point out that this is not true you merely retract your claim, without apologizing for falsely accusing me of damaging things.As with my previous complaint I have given you a few weeks’ time to correct your error and publicly apologise. You chose not to do this, meaning that you stand by your (IMHO false) accusations, so you force me to get to the bottom of this.Because of the situation you created I have the following questions, (all dates 2022 except where stated otherwise):At exactly what date did you find that the lamp and bowl were broken ? (Dancenter bill 26/10 etc)Please send me pictures of the damage you claim we caused.Please send me your proof that it was us, and not someone else, that broke the lamp and bowl.We received your first bill for the broken stuff more than a month after we left the cottage. Please explain this time gap.What exactly did we allegedly break ? A lamp and bowl ? (Dancenter invoices: 17/11, 6/12, Dancenter mail 18/10, 6/12, 19/12, ), a Lamp (Dancenter mail 18/11), a lamp and attachment (Dancenter mail 4/1/2023) ?How much did you pay for the lamp, bowl and attachment ? When did you pay this sum ? Please send me the original bill for the goods and proof of payment for the items you claim we damaged. Also state what rate of depreciation, if any, you normally use for these kinds of items.What exactly made you retract your bill ? It was not because you suddenly found out that we did not break your stuff, otherwise you should have said so in you reaction.Why did you subtract the amount we already paid for the electric bill (Dancenter 28/9) from the amount you claim we owed you for the lamp and bowl (etc) you claim we broke (Dancenter 19/12)Why does dancenter in january speak of a bill for €67 (trustpilot/mail Dancenter 4/1/2023) that was retracted, whereas your claim was in reality €47 at the time (Dancenter 19/12).Since you chose to react to my compliant of 11/12 only after several follow-up mails from me and after I started sending cc’s to other Dancenter departments I have taken the liberty of cc-ing this message to your Dancenter collegues.I expect answers to all of my questions before 15-2-2023.If you wish to apologize for falsely accusing me I expect to see your public apology on Trustpilot, where I posted the above.You simply can not go around radomly and falsely accusing people and then expect people to just accept your behaviour.Kind regards,Xxx
