Overbooked and left us on a long transit leg instead and shamefully told us this at boarding time - our tickets were not cheap - should have booked the Norwegian flight instead - last SAS flight we will be booking in a long while at least - horrible service

Flight got cancelled minutes before the scheduled departure, and rebooked with an 6,5 hour delay. They then only want to provide a voucher worth 100 DKK for f&b, after waiting in line at the transfer desk for nearly 2 hours. Knowing that a small bottle of water at the airport already costs at least 25 DKK, you would have to choose between either staying somewhat hydrated or eating a small snack. Had to go trough a lot of trouble just to get an extra voucher for 75 DKK.They also do not allow access to their lounge for the caused inconvenience, unless you pay for it (but won’t allow the voucher to be used as partial payment for access).The “traffic manager” Pablo C. was also extremely unfriendly and made an already bad situation feel even worse.Never again flying with SAS!

Flight cancelled without any notification nor justification or apologies. Announced with poor taste humor for a starter then a total indifference while I was saying I have kids I need to get back to and 4h delay is really bad news. Never ever again ! What's really frustrating is we paid this one more expensive than other reputable airlines just to get back earlier and then we ended up begging to get a place on these which did not happen, really shameful !!! Reason of the cancellation is the lack of aircraft which is a non conceivable excuse for an aircrafts’ operating company .. anyways SAS thanks but no more !

Fuldstændigt håbløst flyselskab. 6 timers forsinkelse på udrejse. 3 tasker forsvundet. Annullerede billetter til hjemrejse. Og mangler stadig en kuffert, jeg SELV skal hente i lufthavnen, på trods af jeg blev lovet, at alle tasker ville blive leveret til hjemmeadresse. Aldrig, aldrig mere Sas. Håber de går konkurs

Terrible experience with the service baggage, simply not existing. Only one very kind sir helped me in prioritizing the arrival of the baggage that was not found after three hours of useless questions to the SAS desk

Normally I like this airline, but when I am a gold member and got the priority sticker, and the baggage do not arrive when I’m on holiday, I’m really disappointed.Even, I spoke with the airline about my baggage, they just hang up.Never fly with this airline.An advice SAS: Hire experienced people.

I had a connecting flight from BCN to CPH and the final destination was AMS. on June 30.2023.After several times the delay of my flight, I finally got to AMS with NO checked in luggage.I am a patient of a rare disease and there are my prescribed medications including my warm clothes in the luggage.I need those clothes and prescribed medication so I can keep my body temperature stable otherwise my condition gets worse. So I need it ASAP.Where is my medication luggage!!! What is gonna happen to me without medication, it is all on you SAS. I contact every one in AMS , all they said is to talking to SAS. How do I get hold of You SAS, there is no way!!

I booked months ahead and paid because it was written several times that we could change our mind on account of the covid situation. More than a week before flying it became clear that I could not use the required mask and the situation in Croatia had not improved, but gotten worse. Cancelling was easy and then comes the question, refund or voucher? Not knowing the difference I chose refund and a large portion of the fare was NOT returned but kept in their pockets!I like SAS and would always try to support them but why did they not specify that when you pick refund only part payment is refunded? Knowing that I would have picked voucher. Customer service unfriendly and no help at all. Money wasted, is that a way to keep customers??
