I wanted to make a NemID for a relative of mine together with opening a bank account and order a Bank card. Since I am an old customer of Nordea, and I remembered that 7 years ago I was in the same situation and I got the NemID and everything bank related at the very friendly local Nordea without me needing the yellow card, just a Photo ID legitimation and a CRP.I knew I could have done it ourselves from home, online but I wanted to get bank account and order a card in the same time.So I called Nordeas customer service in advance and they confirmed me that they can do this at the bank with just an ID and a CPR number.But in total opposition to my experience and what the customer service told me, the young lady at the counter in Ribe refused to make a NemID based on incoherent and baseless grounds. She either invoked that we do not have a yellow card for my relative, either that she simply is not allowed to do this or that my relative does not have a danish address( a nonsense since everyone with a CPR has a danish address).Because she is so badly trained in the matter of basic rules I will quote her from NemID.nu the requirements for getting a NemID: You can obtain NemID in a citizen service centreYou can request NemID in YOUR BANKyou can order NemID onlineYou can obtain NemID when:You have a Danish CPR numberYou have reached the age of 15You are able to meet the ID requirements."I asked the lady if there is any trust issue since her response is totally the opposite from what customer service told me. To which she dropped the "if you are not happy go to another bank" bomb. Well I think I will follow her advice after this experience.I called again the customer service while I was present at the bank using the Mobilebank app and the Nordea representative basically said that he agrees with his colleague in total contradiction with what I heard a few days ago. I got the feeling that they have each others backs

It's an ATM and it does it job. Unfortunately there is no rain protection. But it has several languages, screen readibility is good and you can park on the opposite shopping center.
