Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Airport

In a quaint neighborhood just outside of Copenhagen. Of all of the hotels I stayed in while in Denmark, the staff here went above and beyond to make me feel at home in a foreign country. Very grateful for their hospitality. Special thanks to Susanna and David. We had a lovely conversation about Danish movies and culture!

It's a big minus. The hotel listed the room through Booking and underpriced the room. The client booked it at the price he saw, which is in line with the law. Less than 24 hours before check-in, the hotel canceled the reservation without notifying customers.If you don't want to stay out at night and overpay at least 100 euros for another room in another hotel because of late booking, look for a new accommodation at night, already being in the city, as we did - don't book rooms at this hotel! Here money is more important than the respect of the client! They just deprived people of the opportunity to stop by.

Paid 800 DKK for this horrible hotel. It isn’t even worth 300 DKK. I think everyone should sleep at this hotel once so you realize how good every other hotel on Earth is.The staff are extremely rude, short responses, and don’t even look at you. The hotel is far from anything and the only reason I stayed was the reviews and closeness to the airport. I’d happily pay 400 DKK more knowing what I know now.The bad:No elevators - I was told to carry all my luggage up the stairs when I checked in around 11:30 pm after travelling all dayNo AC - opening the window without a bug screen on it allows you to hear all the nice gentlemen yelling at each other all nightNo door lock - some lady walked into my room at 8:36 am without knocking. Then said “oh sorry” and left.The shower - I would rather use a garden hose. It probably has more pressure. Also the moldy shower curtain was a nice touch.The bed - I booked 2 twin room but only received 1 pillow and 1 single sized blanket. Prisons give more to inmate than what I got. The bed is also very uncomfortable and slants toward the head. I has to sleep reversed so the blood went to my feet during the night.The washroom - is smaller than most closets. Drying your head and your elbows will hit the wall.The good:Thin carpeted hallways makes it easy to roll 4-wheeled luggage.I don’t know what type of hotels these other reviewers stay at, but as someone that travels monthly for work or pleasure, they must have been paid or discounted to write such positive things.Avoid this hotel. Unless they give you a free room and even then I would flip a coin to stay or pay ANY amount to any other hotel.

Not very close to airport, not near Copenhagen centre at all. Room is OK, basic but clean. Lot's of noise from the main road and no options in the hotel for food other than breakfast.

A cheaper and okay place near the airport. Was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included. The price listed was too much for what was offered...we skipped it. Pay the taxi in USD if you can...$10 cash. If you use your card, you'll be charged LOTS more. Also, watch these transactions on your card, their machines seem sketchy, though staff vouch for the honesty of the drivers.

Had a four day stay here, though rooms were small 17 metre sq, the service was good and reception people were extremely friendly, breakfast options though limited, were good, they had pancakes, croissants, juice, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, the only negative thing is connectivity, you cannot find lot of buses connecting to the city centre, overall a good place to stay

The room is very basic, no even glass. Clean, quite big, but no aircondition, what was very uncomfortable in hot day. Bad also not comfortable. Breakfast Ok, but generally the price is too high. And reception staff very bored, not interested in client service.

The room is quite small but nice. Cleanings are not at the top. Breakfast was really basic, and it wasn't nice to see that the boy at work was ready to make extra omelette (not available for other guests) for a couple of his friends, but not to bring more food for the other guests.

It's a very decent near the airport hotel. Not very well connected to the city but if you don't kind a 15-20 mins walk you can get to a direct means of transportation. They serve breakfast but no lunch so if you spend the day in you can order or you have to go quite far to find a place to eat. Decent rooms, good internet connection even for calls, quiet and just fine for short stays.
