UPS Access Point

Hasan that works at this shop is not to be trusted. I ordered a parcel on e-shop and Cph Cykel Expres was listed as GLS parcel delivery place on a website that I made purchase. It must of been some kind of mistake as it seems that this shop only works with UPS. But that is not my mistake. However, upon my arrival to the shop Hasan denied receiving my package. I had to call GLS and asked for assistance of customer service to get back my package. Customer service representative called him and my parcel miraculously appeared without even looking for parcel he obviously knew he had it. My name was on parcel clearly written in a big letters, Hasan signed for the package, opened it and refused to give to me. Basically he is thief and a liar. Was shouting at me why did I give his address, and because it is his address on his package he will keep it. Looks to me that Hasan is not very mentally well his explanations were ridiculous and not logical, my argumentation wouldnt reach him, he just was not able to get it, a normal person wouldn’t accept the package that doesn’t belong to him and wouldn’t open it either. GLS is also at fault, if they seen that it was not his name on a package why did the driver left there? Eventually I would of located my package.Now this case is with a big guys GLS and E-shop to handle Hasan, as legally he basically has stolen my package. I also had negative experience with UPS deliveries as well every time I would leave a package for pick up I had to press him to check my package electronically while I am physically present at a store as he would try to ignore checking in and would ask me just to trust him and leave a package for him to check in at a later date. I used to go though constant pressure to make him keep his obligations. Avoid this place! P.S Interestingly this shop is listed on company’s registers under different name and has no other employees just wonder what is the puzzle here.

This access point is in the bicycle shop, so it's opening hours are maybe shorter than typical package shops. Service was friendly and fluent!
