Fik en pop-eye-Burger" (kyllingeburger) med spinat. Ok smag men kyllingen var desværre blot en kylette-bøf. Venlig betjening og sjov indretning. Super billige øl! :)"

Probably one of my most honest reviews. Hear me out :I was vegetarian for around four years. For the last 1.5 years i have went back to meat and promised to drop it again.Regardless, as a vegetarian i remember my food options being limited in Denmark. Especially in Kolding. There was nothing tasty. Luckily I loved cooking and I did that most of the time.Anyway, I kept hearing people talk about Knuds Mad Kitchen and I was skeptical about it. How good can a veggie sandwich be?Answer: really flipping good.Very tasty. Very balanced. Need more.I just had the mushroom sandwich with my choice of chimichuri, coriander, sunflower seeds and something else.The sandwich was delicious.Super nice cook too.I root for the place and I'll even come back when I want something different.Well done! Very surprising and very delicious.

Delicious, fresh, full of flavor, and vegan!Knuds Mad Kitchen was a lucky find for me. The 5 star rating is well deserved. Fresh ingredients, put together and served with love and dedication by friendly staff. What more can one ask for?I believe vegetarian options are available with the addition of regular cheese, but other than that, everything on this very tasty menu is 100% vegan.This little kitchen makes a great addition to Knuds bar next door, and if you think you need meat in your meals, come here first, and see how the flavor explosions of Knuds Mad Kitchen make you leave happy and without feeling sluggish.This is a must try for an early evening snack, dinner, or late night snack in Kolding!

We were at the Knuds Mad kitchen and the staff was very friendly. We could sit outside, at the neighbours, Knuds Garage (they have the same owner) or in the sun on the sidewalk. We sat by the sidewalk. We order 1 special burger, 1 loaded fries and 1 large fries with honey mustard sauce.And, if you're in the area, look them up. The food was amazing. Fresh vegetables and very good fries. The burger, also vegan, was the best. And the service was really good too. And the price was also good. What not to like? Go find them yourselves.

Makkelijk en lekker vegan sandwich gegeten met geroosterde groenten en knoflook tahini saus. Heel lekker vegan ijs, geen sorbet maar echte smaken als salted caramel en lemon pie. En echt alles is vegan.

Knuds Mad Kitchen is a must-visit! The menu offers a diverse range of options for both lunch and dinner, catering to various tastes, ensuring there's something for everyone. The place is small and cozy, it’s great that there’s an option to sit at the bar next door or in their garden. The staff is very friendly, they helped us navigate the menu, suggesting dishes that suited us perfectly. One of the aspects that truly impressed me was the option of homemade seitan as the protein source on toasts and loaded fries. It tastes amazing and it’s a refreshing departure from the usual falafel. I can't wait to visit again!
