The glassware is painfully thin, and easily breakable for the price they are. I was hoping these would be heirloom items for our family, however, an accidental misplacement in the wash and they would easily break. For US customers the refund process is a painfully slow one. Would not recommend unless you are able to see the items before hand.

Products are nice but the service is awful. Ordered a table 8 months ago, which has not arrived. I have had to chase several times on the date when it was supposed to be delivered, only to be told it will come “at some time in the future”. I could have made a table in the same amount of time! Don’t take money from people if you cannot commit to your side of the deal.

Very nice boutique for home living and decors it has great layout products display in the inside and its beautiful. Most of their products are danish designs and has a very good quality. The shop is big and has a lot to chose from home decors, furnitures and kitchen essentials. The shops also promoting green home living products which kind of nice for having them at home.The staffs are so professional and very friendly too. The shop has a parking place for costumers. Highly recommended this place.

Very disappointing quality! I have bough shelves from Ferm Living and I must recognise quality is not at the expected level from this level.First, the varnish was still wet when packed which created lot of differences and nuances on the wood and even the paper packing the shelves was tainted by the varnish.Then, the screws supplied with the shelves are very poor metal quality, so when screwing (with excellent screw driver and the right format) it damaged the screw head and made it almost impossible to properly set up (and now totally impossible to dismantle).Give a look to attached pictures to better understand. My advice: run away from this product and brand.

Bad customer service. No response to enquiry, or the follow up email after receiving item. Waited weeks and sent email to 2 addresses listed on their website. What kind of business is this. To Trine Andersen, founder, don't run an online shop if you cannot support the B2C enquiry. Avoid!

The air quality inside the building seems really poor. Take caution when visiting, especially during peak hours.Outdoor air is typically around 420PPM CO2. Levels over 800PPM often indicate there is not enough air circulation, and the space should be ventilated.
