Very very poor service, I am waiting for my 4th glasses since 3.8.23 and they do not have any information of what is happening with them. The last ones broke after a few months, and they got my prescription wrong 2 times before here in Copenhagen (Østergade).

We were late 10minutes because of traffic. We beg to have the appointment and try to explain why we were. My husband really need glasses and we were waiting 2moths for this appointment. The lady was very rude and tell us that there was nothing that they could do. I now for a fact that it takes 5min to do this exam (I my self had it in the store a few months ago). The store was empty for exam eyes. And had 3 employees in the store and more 2 employees inside. Really disappointed with this place.

The customer service was friendly and professional. I received help with choosing a good product, but I didn't feel like anything was pushed on to me. I was very happy with the whole experience.

The customer service was simply lovely. The fact I haven’t had my prescription ready and thus couldn’t get my glasses at the spot, guys at Ace & Tate found a way to do it. Since I was only visiting Copenhagen, they bended and customized my frames in the store and we have agreed for me to send the prescription additionally. The glasses are now being manufactured and will be delivered to my home address in Prague. This is a true customer-oriented service with a splash of friendliness and light jokes. Thank you!

Nice design, cheap quality and no service.I bought sunglass clip-ons that wore my glasses down so they broke in two pieces a month past expiration of guarantee from ordinary everyday use.Besides that, there's absolutely no help from the staff.No refund, no help with getting a new pair fast, no possibility of reusing the existing glass.From the first hello, it seemed like it was a nuisance to her that I was even in the store.Definitely not a company putting customer service first.If you buy your glasses online and get a new pair every year, it could be the right place for you.

Har købt briller der to gange. Begge gange var der store problemer med helt elendig service hvor det virkelig ikke virker som om de er trænet til deres job, plus jeg overhørte en tykfobisk kommentar fra en medarbejder til en anden kunde der skulle have justeret sine briller.

Staff was super helpful when I lost my prescription glasses while visiting Copenhagen. Turned up on a Saturday morning, they were able to get me new glasses within one hour. Big shout out to Chris, who made sure I can see again and enjoy the rest of my trip.
