I can only recommend Enterpise at Copenhagen Airport. Formalities at the counter were easy and quickly handled by friendly staff. We even got an upgrade to a almost new SUV with high-end features. The return was uncomplicated and convenient as well.

I had a great experience with a recent rent of a car. Very friendly, responsive and welcoming staff.convenient location, you get a free ride from and to the airport to the rental location which is close by. The cars are brand new, clean, and in my case it also had Apple car play which I used my phone to navigate using google map.I will for sure go to rent again from this place.

Expérience super!Location de voiture en plein mois d'août depuis internet.En arrivant sur place nous avons été surclassé car ils n'avaient plus le véhicule demandé.Pas de frais caché, nous avons eu un soucis d'accrochage mais nous avons reçu la facture de suite pour lancer les remboursement avec mastercard.

Super helpful staff; we had a great rental experience. They made the process easy and quick, check out and turn-in were a breeze. They provided a solid handoff going out and upon drop-off. I'd definitely use them again when traveling through the area.

This car rental creates scams from the moment we delivered the car, the collection was regular and the car was immaculate, as on delivery.I've been doing the same job for 16 years in Italy and I'm familiar with the modalities of different car rentals, so I made sure everything was as they requested.They immediately cancelled my security deposit and said everything was fine.I returned home and 4 days after returning the car, a notification arrived on my mobile phone from the bank that Enterprise, a certain Enterprise Kastrup, had remotely debited my credit card for no reason at all with € 516.83 .Once you collected the car and you know “everything is OK” with all your colleagues, you also delete the videos you made. It just seems like a deliberately designed attitude, to avoid contradictions.They do not respond to service requests and invent damages that they did not find at the time of delivery.To be reported! Attention!Also the car was not full of fuel at the time of delivery and not clean, exteriors were bad but and not good for interior.
