Stay Kastellet

Most unpleasant unprofessional experience of being locked out of the house at 11pm in the night. Security arrives after 45mins to let me into the house.After staying for a month in Stay Kastellet. I had to get my cards renewed to continue to stay at the house. This itself is an inconvenience to customers, since you have to visit a different location to get this done. Today I went to the Stay Sea port office to get the house key cards renewed only to return to the house and be locked out late in the night in the cold. They had no staff who could come to the location but their help desk staff expects me to go to where they are located once again to have it fixed.This is so unacceptable and unfair to foreign nationals.Pls think twice before booking to live here for your temporary stay!Thoroughly disappointed and furious

One of the best service apartments I have lived in. It’s clean, spacious, most rooms overlook the harbour and the weekly cleaning service is very efficient. The only downside is that they don’t have a lobby or a desk to help if you need anything and also you have to go to a different Stay property to check in.
