Pleasant team, and perfectly satisfactory car waiting and later delivered to within a few steps of the airport. There is a petrol station on arrival at Aarhus Tirstrup airport, next to the park for hired cars, and it is no more expensive than others around.

Danny is the best rental car agent in the world. We have never received such good service from car rental companies. We showed up in the rain and I, unfortunately, had made the reservation at the wrong location! No one was present. We walked back into the airport and went to Passenger Services. She called Danny and he drove from home to the airport, fixed our reservation!!!, and rented us a nice car. This is Aarhus. This is Denmark, but this is also excellent service and we couldn't thank Danny enough for starting our trip off right.

Really dissapointed. I visit Denmark once a year and twice in a row now happend to rent my car with them and both times overcharged me for fuel! I topped up to full before returning as requested, left the car with 30km more on the clock than what it had when i collected, and still got the bill for 4th of a tank!! Where have they put the fuel?! Complete ripp off!! Avoid at all costs. Next time will pay more, but make sure will have a better service with a geniuen firm.

The lady at the counter at the airport Aarhus was super helpful and very friendly. I accidentally chose the wrong station in the city and it was great how she helped me and rebooked the station at short notice to the airport. thank you very much, great service
