I was honored to participate in a group vipassana hypnosis. Rydiger definately has the perfect voice to help you relax and focus on his guidance. I especially enjoyed the visualization of facing myself in a very powerful, positive way. I am not much of a visualizer, so I was pleasantly surprised to be able to visualize at least parts of his guidance.

As a meditation and Yoga Nidra teacher myself, I was interested and open to experience Vipassana meditation with Rydiger. His voice, presence and guidance are expert level and I would recommend any of my clients, friends and family to him - particularly those new to meditation who are in need of re-establishing a relationship to embodiment of the present moment. Personally, I found my experience with him incredibly grounding and left inspired and feeling more clarity than before.

Today was my third experience with Rydiger and each one has been better than the last.At one point I started to cough and sneeze and thought I might have to leave the call, but as that subsided I felt as though I had been cleansed and the word freedom kept flooding into my mind.It was an incredible experience and one I will never forget. I would highly recommend Rydiger, his work is absolutely mind shifting.

Recently I was fortunate enough to experience one of Rydiger's hypnotic experiences and it truly was magical. His soft, calm, hypnotic voice took me to places I have not been able to reach before, unbelievable! At times I felt like I was lost in deep thought and awareness, opening my mind up to new opportunities and clarity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this unbelievable experience.

Rydiger took me on a journey, and it was a beautiful experience. His hypnotic voice is easy to listen to, and his guidance took my imagination to places I had never been. It was wild! Since my session with Rydiger, I have been feeling more peaceful and grounded. I had a profound shift about myself and my place in this world. I have more clarity on my mission. It’s like something locked into place. I highly recommend working with Rydiger; it’s a hypnotic experience you don't want to miss.

As a hypnotherapist and Reiki Master, I had to check out Vipassana Hypnosis. Wow what an experience. Rydiger has such an calming hypnotic voice. I entered into a deep meditative state, very easily, where I was able to connect and release negative thoughts and enforce positive ones and the whole experience felt neutral, no emotions attached to the thoughts. It was a safe and amazingly powerful and clearing experience. Thank you!

I had the most powerful experience doing a group session with Rydiger. I connected with parts of myself past and future, in the most beautiful and touching ways. After the session I felt so calm, free, capable and supported - it was truly transformative and unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Thank you.

Due to my dissociation, it has been a struggle to cultivate a deep meditation practice. I have tried using several different apps, YouTube videos, different forms of yoga, sensory deprivation tanks, sound baths, breathwork, and hypnotherapy. All with little to no improvements. I did a group online call with Rydiger and then a few weeks later an individual call. Both times Rydiger had me in the deepest meditations that I have ever experienced. From those experiences, I had more awareness, more sense of presence, and decreased dissociation tendencies in the following days. I do believe that Rydiger has developed a hypnosis tool that can help many people and can potentially help show them the ultimate truth. I would highly recommend him.

I entered this experience with a massive migraine, unable to really open my eyes. I wasn't even sure I was going to stay for the entire experience.Twenty minutes in, and the pain in my temples had released and the back of my neck was no longer throbing. I was actually able to fully and completly relax. After the full Vipassana Hypnosis expexperience was over, I felt so LIGHT.I was feeling completly relaxed, pain free, shocked, emotional (in the best way) grounded, and at peace with myself, and the day ahead.I felt full acceptance of the moment.I napped later that afternoon and got the BEST night's rest that evening.The way Rydiger led his Vipassana Hypnosis was beautiful. His voice is soft, yet incredibly impactful. Even when I felt myself doozing off, his voice would fade in my mind/ears, but I could FEEL his words still entering my essense and space. Even though I wasn't alwasy fully conscious of what he was saying, I always FELT what he was saying deep within me.I highly reccomend Rydiger and I am gratful that I got the opportunity to experience such an impactful, and transformative hypnosis.

This is my second time to experience this and it was even more powerful this time! I am amazed at how quickly I was completely immersed in the process, the level of relaxation and the quiet calm inside myself. I love Rydiger’s slow calm voice. I can’t say enough about how this experience felt and I look forward to doing this again!
