Best workout in Copenhagen.Both locations in Østerbro and Frederiksberg were great. Instructors and staff were very friendly.Would 100% recommend.

Took a Pilates class here while visiting Copenhagen and staying nearby, and loved it! I hadn’t taken a workout class in a while as I gave birth two months ago, so this was both intense and rewarding for me. Spoke to a man (who I believe might be the owner) and a lady at reception who were both so kind and helpful. The instructor was great too! Can’t wait to attend more classes next time I’m in Copenhagen!
