They are very nice about lying to you.

Awful customer service they are not easy to reach and they do not call back on scheduled call’s either. I will start voice recording the conversations I have with them but it is shocking how discriminatory they are. They falsify information that they present to you that no other bank in Denmark has. Also the employees are in their own mafia structure at times and will defend back other even without backing anything up with facts or evidence. They literally lie straight to your face saying you need a 40% down payment on a second property even though this is clearly a lie as essentially in Denmark the government will supply 80% of the credit so the math does not add up. The fees if you want to invest on nordea investor are exorbitantly high and intrusive. Not to mention they send unnecessary letters from the IRS when all the information they request is already available online and sending a packet of paper by post is very unfriendly to the environment. In any other bank in Denmark you also do not need an advisor to have any discussion here you have a bunch of paper pushers who sit at the computers at the branch doing who knows what useless activity other than actually having a semblance of customer service.
