Green Clean Vejle

I have never in my life seen a more unprofessional company. I contact them a few days in advance about a cleaning appointment and on Monday this Renate lady tells me she can do it Tuesday at 1 pm. I said ok. Tuesday morning already she sends me an email saying if she can come early morning instead because of change in their schedule. Already a red flag and that was not my problem. You cant contact somebody such short notice and Expect them bend their schedule to your convenience. People have jobs and lives, you know? So I said no, and I didnt hear anything from her after. At half past 1, me the customer have to contact this lady to ask what is going on. And she just nonchalantly tells me that the cleaning woman had an emergency and she cannot come. I don’t think these people have any respect for anybody’s time but their own. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Would not recommend unless you want to have your time wasted.
