Terrible packing of my parcel. Scooter arrived via DPD,hanging out of box with no bubble wrap or protection. DPD took pictures.Attempted to recover some compensation which was in the form of a £30 voucher to spend with them.. as I had no intention of spending more money with them, I did not feel this was acceptable and they refused to give a partial refund for the same amount.Whilst they apologised, and offered a full refund, I'm upset as they didn't really want to help, they just followed the text book on responses and lacked any real human understanding. I can't send it back as it is so close to Christmas, and it is a gift for my son ... a great position to put your customers in!The user then told me they would not continue the online conversation as they weren't getting anywhere, and pretty much shut me down, unhappy. Cheers for that!Overall, horribly disappointed. Will not use again as that was an awful experience of service.... I will be avoiding.

Really fast shipping from Denmark to southern USA. really cool board. The box was caved in and I had a really small cut on the grip tape. Nothing major at all, but some extra cardboard around the skateboard might prevent further damage and refunds etc... Overall, I am really happy with the quality of the board and the fast, free shipping.
