Recently I bought a used car in black color. It is 3 years old car and the paint coating was covered with swirl marks, as it usually comes from automatic washing machines. Nothing worse than swirls and top coating small scratches. Easy job to be polished out? Not for Byens Bilpleje in Sønderborg!Before delivering the car, I showed everything, literally every corner of the car, and exactly told, what I want to be removed. When I came to pick up the car - I was shocked. The car looked like it was simply washed and covered with cheap wax. All swirls and scratches remained! I tried to argue, but received incompetent answers, that they weren't able to remove them. And they charged me 1800kr for that! That is 4 times more than every car washer will ask for that kind of a job.As they asked to pick up the car by the end of the day, I was in a hurry to pick up my daughter from the daycare, so I was had to pay and leave. Now I am really sorry I did that, I had to deal with it on the spot.Thus, is it complete lack of professionalism or a scam? You can decide yourself, but I strongly recommend avoiding this place.P.S. I am going to reach their headquarters’ customer service and report the case.
