Pasta la Pasta - Broens Gadekøkken | Morten Paaske Christensen is a chef with an appreciation of the finer culinary details. He imports the absolute best Italian pasta from a local family in Piemonte to Copenhagen. The pasta is cooked to perfection using innovative techniques and new technology. Morten uses his vast experience from Michelin restaurants to refine and elevate the classic and simple Italian pasta. Morten has lived in Italy and is trained at the Michelin-starred restaurant Formel B. He has also worked as a chef at the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Alinea in Chicago. Besides this already impressive CV, Morten has also cooked an Italian dinner by a volcano in Sicily and cooked for The Crown Prince of Denmark, Frederik.

The pasta tested great tho, I forgot to ask for extra truffle on ordering (cost of 10) and asked for it litterally 3 minutes after the ordered ang got charged 50 instead of 10. That is a shame.

Although Pasta la pasta has very limited options at this location, the combinations are super delicious! We tried Tartufo & Formaggio and Rigatoni & Bolognese and both were 10/10. The staff was friendly which made the overall experience 5 stars!

Maden er yderst veltillavet. Vi fik to pastaretter som smagte dejligt og var godt krydret. Dog var portionerne meget små i forhold til prisen. Når man giver 115kr forventes det at man kan blive mæt. Retten var blot en smule større end en forret.

Very delicious bolognese pasta. Takes a bit longer than average but nothing is precooked so it’s better and worth and wait.

Super godt køkken i Broens Gadekøkken. Vi fik Tartufo og Fromaggio, som kan varmt anbefales.Det er trist, når bunden af tallerken kan se.

Pasta La Pasta was just one of the meals, the others were Buttered chicken and a burrito. So you all go to your favourite stall get your food and select a table and eat,drink and laugh together. You might end up sharing a table with others as it is busy, great atmosphere and good food. Typically about 100kr for a meal, some a little more others a bit less.

Pasta zag er goed uit, wel een kleine portie. Wellicht een optie om kleine en grote porties aan te bieden. Smaak was prima, maar niet spectaculair, wel vers en met veel kaas! De man en vrouw die achter de toonbank stonden gaven geen fijne indruk en keken steeds minderwaardig naar klanten, vooral jonge meiden. Groot" betalen was eigenlijk ook niet mogelijk totdat ik weg wilde lopen
