Didn't have the car size I rented available due to high demand, so they upgraded me to a size larger. I am certain I could have gone a size lower if I had requested it.It was done without any extra charge.Impeccable customer service and greatly helpful members of staff when the child seat provided turned out to be broken.I was allowed to just pick a new seat without any hassle.5/5 would rent again.

I rented a vehicle in May and received an invoice and charge on my credit card for a bridge traffic fine several months later that I had already paid for. They couldn't even provide me the actual invoice from the city which they are legally obligated to do so. I'm glad I saved my receipts for the bridge toll. Unfortunately, I have to dispute the charge with my bank because the people working at this location are inept to handle the dispute.

Very bad experience, the car model was unavailable, we had to pay a 160 euro extra for 1 week to get the same car model initially planned in the reservation and ultimately, the pick up address changed last minute because of the marathon (email received 1 day before the pick up date), and we had to go to the airport and pay a cab for 50 euro. Total 210 euro extra to be paid….and 3h time lost ….thank you SixtA bit more flexibility would have certainly be more appreciated, you just lost 4 customers.

Great experience picking up my car at Sixt in CPH airport. Less than 5 minutes, one signature on a tablet, no pressure to buy additional services, and we were away! Well done, Sixt!

Worst rental car place in the airport. Once you make a reservation, you have to wait 48 hours for them to confirm it. If you do not show up on time, they will give away your car within an hour without any kind of notice. They do not have enough inventory for the demand in this location. Avis is much better in this location with enough inventory and the ability to make reservations on the spot.

My flight was delayed, and Hassan went above and beyond. He called and patiently waited for an extra hour, despite it being after his shift. His professionalism, kindness, and detailed explanations were incredibly helpful. With four kids at 11:00 PM, having the car was a lifesaver. I'd give him six stars if possible!

I have never had a worse experience with a car rental company. My husband and I arrived and began waiting in line to speak with someone about our booking. We were waiting about 10 minutes before someone else standing in line warned us we had to take a number (thankfully or we would have stood there forever since the machine is hidden by the long line of people). We take a number and weren't called for AN HOUR. Who has this kind of time to wait just to speak to a representative to get your car?!By the time we get to the representative, they had given our rental away, and could only provide us with a more expensive option for 400 additional DKK! The ONLY REASON we booked with them in the first place was to save money! We waited to speak with a manager (if you give our booking away, you SHOULD provide us the upgrade for free since it was YOUR mistake), but waited 20 more minutes with no one to speak to. We finally get the upgrade since we've wasted half our travel day at this point.When we return the car, they try to hold us liable for a chip on the windshield (thankfully we had taken photos beforehand when we picked it up to avoid being charged). And now our credit card is showing a charge for $500ish over the amount we were to be charged according to our invoice ($173). So now we have to dispute this charge.I cannot overstate enough just HOW AWFUL this experience was from start to finish. Rent a car from any other company, but let this one go out of business.

We received excellent service from Shanise. She was helpful and she answered all of our questions concerning the low emission zones we were driving to. We got an excellent vehicle with no issues and because we had the insurance on everything we could, there was no issue at all at the drop off. The only suggestion we have is that the vehicle's language settings was in German (we are Canadian and speak English) and we had to get the attendant to change it for us. It wasn't a big deal but perhaps the language setting instructions could be provided when signing up for the vehicle.

Got quite a few hidden fees for the first time this year. My clerk at the counter should have done a much better job explaining things. The extra fees added up to almost $200 extra for the rental and that was not how I was informed. Shame on me this time.

Really bad experience... please don't go with this rental provider.We are currently in a dispute around a damage that was already there when we got the car. Of course we took a picture of it when taking over the car and sent it to Sixt. It even got confirmed! But now they're sending us invoices for this damage... there is no answer to our emails (and apparantly the damage department is not reachable by phone). What a huge SCAM!
