I paid a fortune for a huge set of apple Style"packaging boxes only to find a small technologically stunted hearing aid. Widex should have spent more time developing the feature of the devices than they did designing these wasteful over packaged entry level attempts at hearing aids. ie they stopped working within a few months. Can't get a pairing no matter what I do on the left . They do not have a viable solution to earwax which constantly blocks sound. They make no attempt for users to reuse the little white caps preferring that you buy new ones as a perpetuity income stream for them.Within a short time period the battery unperformed - cannot even get a days use out of them. The mindless battery stand does not even have a backup battery charger that would allow you to do mid day battery boosts that even the entry level iphone have which retail at a fraction of the Widex. If you would like to transport your batter charger around it would be useless as the hearing aids would keep falling out. Time to fire the marking team hearing aid box package designers and get some more engineers . If you get caught in the rain you can kiss your hearing aids goodbye. The connection to your PC vi the nymoellevej is so poorly thought out that if you forget to disconnect it you will probably destroy your earphone jack . The audio quality is not as good as what you get from an iphone earbud at a tenth of the price"

Besøgte Widex for at indlevere mine høreapparater til årligt gratis rensning/service. Afleveret mandag ved 14 tiden, returneret med post fredag morgen . Godt og hurtigt arbejde, endda med flere nye dele, så nu er de på toppen igen et års tid.Super service, til nogle super gode høreapparater.

Here we have the problem of return of maintenance, we spent 15 to 20 days waiting for the return of our devices. It happened to take just over 2 months. A total disregard!Until a few years ago, approximately ten years ago, maintenance occurred quickly, something around 2 or 3 days, as there was technical assistance in the city.Unfortunately, they decided to move the laboratory to another state, to the south, which serves the entire country. A country with an extension like Brazil cannot be dependent on a single assistance.I already filed this complaint with Widex Brasil in 2017 and noticed that nothing has changed.What seems difficult for you to understand is that it is very exhausting and exhausting for us hearing impaired people to spend a single day without our hearing aids, let alone 15 days or more.For the first few days, we may feel exhausted, until our brains interpret the change, the lack of balance in our hearing.Please, Widex Denmark, help us, guide your representatives in Brazil.These devices are very expensive here in Brazil and when I bought them it was not because I could really afford it, but because I really trust the brand. Venlig modtagelse, god service

Min kones nye høreapparater har nu været sendt ind 3 gange uden resultat. Det ene går tør for strøm allerede til middag, og så forsvinder funktionen jo.Det er ikke muligt at komme i dialog med dem, og der er åbenbart ikke interesse for at løse problemet.

Flink personale i Servicecenteret og meget hurtig udskiftning af defekt del i høreapparatet. Det er god service
