No internet, light above seat not functional for a 7 hour night flight, after I paidover $1000 to be upgraded to Sega class. Second flight metal box under the seat ahead so no leg room in Eco Flex class. Something wrong with seat backfelt like a small ball located middle of the lower back. Two more flights this week - can't wait.The flight crew was excellent, there was nothing they could do since everyseat was filled

DO no travel with small children. They have no flexibility or need to assist you. Plenty of seats open in the flight but a open one was not put beside me on either flight even though they say" they do that in cases where there is an infant. I was put close to the toilets even though I booked seats in the middle of the plain."

Monopoly at its worst. Ridiculous prices and their Class Up is a scam. Also, customer service is worthless. All they can do is ask you to send an email, which is never replied. Never flying Icelandair again.

$126 for a checked baggage. Ridiculously expensive.

Worst time I've ever had traveling, and completely ruined my trip. Spent 2 days traveling through 5 countries to complete what should have been a 10 hour travel day with 1 layover. 3 cancelled flights and stranded in two cities later, sleeping in airports two nights in a row, all the plans we made for our vacation were destroyed and our vacation was ruined. If it had been just one incident I would chalk it up to just a rough day(s) traveling, but Icelandic's ineptitude and complete disregard for their customers haunted us the entire time we were traveling. These budget" tickets ended up costing more than flying with an airline that cares would have. I will never fly Icelandic again
