We booked a bus & boat ride ticket.The service staff were very helpful, starting with Chanel at the central stationWe had a a wonderful excursion.The team enhanced our Copenhagen experience.Highly recommended.

Terrible service. Rude staff. But the worst is the price for children under 5. They pay the same as kids 6-14 and the main attraction of the bus is not even possible to enjoy. A kid wants to sit upstairs (or I can just do public transport for cheap!) and small children can’t see anything as the windows are too high for them. I had to choose between safety (sit properly with a belt) or letting him kneel against the window or sit in my lap because he couldn’t see anything. The only seat you can enjoy a view from as a small child is the front one, which is never available. And with limited buses coming and going (long long waiting time) the buses are packed. We ended up sitting downstairs all the time and we could’ve done that in public transport for a much cheaper price. Revise your fee for small children ! And your service. Also, terrible waiting time, drivers stop 30 seconds and leave, don’t wait for people to reach the stop. Just awful.

Excellent overview of the city we had two delightful drivers, unfortunately, we don’t know both their names, only the one from Norway. The other Man was a former basketball player. We were fortunate to sit right up front great views, and they really helped make the trip fun and enjoyable.

Leider funktionieren nicht alle Kopfhörer. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch alles andere als nett oder hilfsbereit. Man weiß nie genau wo die Reise hin geht. Diese Busgesellschaft ist Geschichte. Lieber Man fährt mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Man spart viel Geld und ist genauso schnell an den gewünschten Orten.

I think the staff who catered us from the info office (central station), need learn how to deal with customers. We dealt with a person with attitude, terrible person and rude. Not even honest, mentioned only one red bus do the tour, in the end two different red bus companies.We purchased boat and bus tickets. It is our first time in copenhagen, disappointing 1st impression. We couldn’t hear the tour guide from the boat, it’s full and seated near to an engine. Honestly, the service was terrible. Even the driver from the red bus, non accomodating.Make sure you get what you paid for. I don’t think we gonna use same company.We love the city.
