RUBY COCKTAIL CHRONICLES | Ruby opened in 2007 and has been one of the best cocktail bars in the city for over a century now. Placed in an old townhouse from 1740, Ruby is the first drink spot of the night in Copenhagen.

A beautiful bar, with great staff, amazing drinks options and delicious snacks on offer too! We loved it so much we went back two nights in a row… Some funky drinks on offer, so be sure to try them out when you head there

The ambience at this establishment exudes a delightful vintage charm, immersing visitors in a nostalgic atmosphere. The drinks offered are truly exceptional, although they could have a better presentation. However, the standout aspect of this place undoubtedly lies in its impeccably attentive staff, whose unwavering dedication enhances the overall experience.

Interesting bar to be in Copenhagen, the entrance is somehow like you intering into a friend's apartment. I especially love the window seat as the view outside is very dreamlike when it's almost sunset. A cozy atmosphere with extra ordinary cocktails. Surely come again next time!

Greeted by a fun and friendly security guard who chatted with us while we waited to enter. Then we were taken in and downstairs to a lounge area.The drinks were good, we enjoyed the tiki drink. We also asked for something unique and off-menu and were given a 'Grilled Peach'. We think it came from a previous menu, but it captured that flavour concept very well.Overall, the drinks didn't blow us away, but they were nice.

Ruby is easily my favorite cocktail bar in Copenhagen. The cocktails themselves, as well as the staff knowledge and technique is nothing short of amazing. The prices are high, but they match the quality both of the vibe and the drinks themselves. Always super friendly and excellent service, and the interior makes you feel super classy and cultured. Great place for good drinks and good conversations.

This is a very beautiful bar in CPH. I came here around 6p and I was the only one at the bar. The bartenders were so nice we talked about everything and anything. My first drink wasn’t to my liking and they immediately asked if they can try again with something else. Yes please! My 2nd drink was perfect after I described to them what profile I like. Such a great bar. It’s super romantic too so bring a date!

Beautiful small bar, that I best describe as a fancy grandma's living room.Very nice and cool interior, superb service and really cool cocktails. Great for hanging with friends or dates, it really feels very comfortable.I've tried 3 different cocktails and they all were delicious. Very different from regular standards" cocktails

A place for cocktail nerds. Sculpted beards, fancy cocktail aprons, amazing ice, herbs growing in pots, and unusual ingredients. This hits all the stops on a technical winner for a cocktail bar. The space is bright and sunny in the front, cozy and chic in the back, and there is also a small outside space. As with almost all Danish establishments the staff was friendly and polite. These guys can mix! Don't miss the Ruby on your Copenhagen Cocktail tour.

Ruby is a very nice cocktail bar that feels very up market and luxury.We visited at night time and it was dark and cosy inside. We hadn't booked a table but the staff were very accommodating finding us a table.The drinks we had were great and we really enjoyed the meat and cheese platter.
