Copenhagen By Mie

I am visiting Copenhagen briefly and decided to do two tours with Copenhagen by Mie and friends today. They were both just fantabulous and I cant recommend them enough.In the morning I did Hygge & Happiness tour with Amanda and it was just amazing. Amanda was the perfect guide and shared so many interesting and great facts about Copenhagen. We made stops here and there and got good information about every stop. We also tried some delicious sweets and ended with a coffee. ❤️In the afternoon/evening I did the Vesterbrø beer tour with Teresa and got to know a lot about vesterbrø, and kødbyen. Teresa was fantastic and we also visited three bars where we tried some beers and talked. ❤️

If visiting Copenhagen, this is a must do tour! We had Jacob as our guide who walked with us through the quaint streets of Copenhagen sharing his knowledge and passion of the home city he grew up in. He was interesting, engaging and most importantly passionate about providing us with a great tour. Amongst the historical sites we visited, we also stopped by a traditional bakery for coffee and pastries, tried local licorice and sampled a popular Danish dessert. This tour was the highlight of my trip and I now leave Copenhagen with a wonderful memory provided by the tour company Copenhagen by Mie and friends. Thank-you.

Great way to get an overview of Copenhagen history and key landmarks.Our guide Teresa was great, very knowledgeable and had shared lots of interesting facts.Highly recommend the your if you're coming to Copenhagen

“Lorentz” was a great tour guide and we visited ‘out of the way’ neighborhoods and pubs that we likely would never have found ourselves. The local beer samples were tasty and the pubs were unique. Highly recommended and not too onerous to walk.

The cultural (and beer!) tour of Vesterboro was so fun! This is a great chance to see authentic Copenhagen, away from a lot of tourists and the major sites. Lots of interesting information and a chance to hang at some local places. Our guide, Axel, was knowledgeable and personable. We were fortunate to also be joined by Lukas, also very knowledgeable. Both gave us great insight into the area and life in Copenhagen as well as some welcome suggestions for dinner and/or drinks! Our family had a great time! Thank you especially to both Axel and Lukas!

We were waiting to get a hygge experience , something that we wouldn’t have been able to do ourselves as foreigners, in order to understand what it is in the Danish way of life .Instead, we had a very nice person as a guide, but we were disappointed to make a visit of the town without learning anything else about hygge .You are selling the tour as an experience, and it is actually a guided tour of the town with few explanations.for us, it has been a nice walk with a nice group of people and that’s it.It was very expensive for what we got ! We are disappointed ☹️Before traveling we saw a documentary about Copenhaguen and we learned more in this movie than during your tour !

We really enjoyed the tour because it was full of locations that helped us get to know Copenhagen. Kim was an excellent guide because he found personal stories to help us connect to the experience. There were taste treats along the way too so we were never hungry. We recommend this tour and guide.

We had a wonderful tour with Amalie. She was delightful. We not only saw many of the sights of Copenhagen, we learned to navigate the inner city and to understand Danish life. It was a lot of walking, we needed and welcomed that, and we love that Copenhagen is such a walkable city. The treats along the way were very much appreciated. This tour is well worth doing.

The Tour was fun, relaxed and a true treat. Our tour guide was quite funny, friendly and engaging. He made sure that everyone, that wanted them, got recommendations to great places to eat and shop. He even made sure that one person had recommendations to cool local thrift shops. He added a smattering of humorous anecdotes about what locals and historical figures have done at different historical sites. Cheers to Mathias Brok!
