Hi all,I share my experience with this company to avoid any bad thing that would happen to you if think to work for them :I've started with them at the begging of September 7/9/20, at all 3 interviews they promised me that we all go have worked at least 1 -2 year on different projects (Huawey, Nokia and Ericsson ) nothing whatsoever was true. After 1 month 9/10/20 they fired me without any notice and reason, in that morning I've been at work and I receive a phone call from them to come to the office because will be a meeting, in that day they fired 10 employees, including myself because of decreasing in workload. I understand that in our industry is quite usual to happen but without any notice, at that meeting they asked me if I want to come back from February my answer was NO, their reply was we've evaluated me after finishing 2 and a half-sites.In any normal company, evaluation is made from once per year or every 6 months...Other problems with them are not paying the driving hours or overtime how should be paid in Denmark (my average weeks hours in this 1 month is 60 hours almost double than normal hours. They promised they gonna support me to pay the rent and deposit for accommodation in a period, but they take all that amount of money in one month (16000kr).If I couldn't give them even a star, I would have done it.My advice is to avoid this company and bypass with confidence will find a better job.
