The prop is beautiful and seems well made. However, now that I have an issue with the prop being over propped, based on their recommendations, they don't answer any of my queries. Completely left without any support or guidance. Bad business model, stay away!7/3/2023 Update...I increased my star rating to three from one. I did ultimately get in contact with the CEO through Facebook Messenger app. He was helpful and offered me an acceptable resolution to my issue. I didn't give 5 stars because he never addressed the company's failure to answer my initial emails and phone calls to customer service. That remains a problem.
