Super god service, gode cykler og sød betjening. Har også fået lov til at pumpe og låne udstyr til min private cykel flere gange, selvom det ikke var en swapfiets. Det vil jeg gerne kvittere for og giver 5 stjerner

Customer service wasted an hour of my time on transport because they did not inform me of requirements for picture ID when picking up an electrical bike.

This review is not for the company overall but for the branch in Frederiksberg. From five of my visits four of them looked like this. 30 min queue in the shop or outside during corona. And no matter if you had appointment or not you were waiting those 30min.My last visit there was for the reason of returning the bike. And if you’re wondering you are not able to even make the appointment for the bike rerun. So even if I wanted to avoid waiting I simply couldn’t.I’m not saying it’s fault of the employees because they were actually trying to be helpful and manage the place but it’s simply wasn’t possible. I believe that places are currently heavily understaffed but this was happening before, during and after corona so I think there must be a different problem.

Stopped one of the two subscriptions we had. There was never a good option for household (e.g. shared account,lower cost) and the increase in prices and decrease in service (or rather the decrease in access to service) just means it is not worth it. A key miss compared to what Swap originally seemed to offer is that if not very near one of their outlets, you face GREATER issues in getting flat tire or chain fixed than if you had your own bike. Add on to this the limited opening hours and days of wait for home service.

I had Swapfiets for two years. Service is great but I had my bike stolen twice since that. It feels like Swapfiets are easier to steal than normal bikes since they are impossible to find afterwards. Think twice before you get to it. For the money I spent on fines I could already have 3 new bikes. Not worth it for me.

Nice system, but the service at the Frederiksberg store is very poor. Every time that I had to go there I was treated badly. And if you have an emergency, forget about it, they never pick up the phone.
