I recommend this clinic to all families who embroider a pregnancy. Kindness, professionalism and attention to the patient both remotely and on site. It was an extremely positive experience, thanks to Vitanova I am pregnant and I am making my dream come true.

Thanks to the amazing Vitanova team, our wonderful baby boy was born a few days ago. Members of the team are professional and kind, and have accompanied us through every steps of the process. The clinic in itself is a warm, clean place where you will feel very comfortable. Thank you for everything !

I was a patient in this clinic in 2013 and it was a horrible experience. They tried to charge me more than previously quoted. They told me that I could use my US donor sperm, but a month later, when I got ready to have it shipped to their clinic, they told me that I could not use it after all. During the monitoring for my IVF, I only had 1 ultrasound and no blood tests whatsoever. They never checked the hormones to see if the eggs were not just big enough, but also ripe - a standard procedure in other clinics. I had 17 eggs retrieved, only 3 inseminated - this lab was not able to give me a reason for the bad insemination rate, they were not able to tell me if the eggs that were retrieved were ripe or not. Every other doctor I had consulted afterwards told me that it is very easy to tell if the eggs were ripe or not and that it is a standard procedure in their lab. During my first consultation, I had requested ICSI, but Dr. Meinertz told me that was not necessary if I used donor sperm. After the bad insemination rate, the first thing the lab director told me was: It is your fault

Mir behagte das freundliche, gleichzeitig aber professionelle Klima sehr. Es ist eine sehr spezielle, emotionale Situation, die dort aber völlig natürlich wirkt. Mein Traum ist so wahr geworden und inzwischen ein knapp zwei Jahre alter Lieblingsmensch. Erfolg kann keiner garantieren, aber den Versuch dort zu starten, kann ich nur empfehlen.

We have been at Vitanova during the summer for fertilty treatment. We liked the clinic very much. Its a very welcoming and familiar place. The staff was very professional, empathic and attentive. Un grand moment pour moi célibataire et seule ce jour là ne parlant que francais la secrétaire m’a accompagnée du début jusqu’à la fin avec une grande gentillesse pour ma FIV avec un seul ovule et je suis l’heureuse maman d’une petite fille qui est mon plus grand bonheur pourtant un grand spécialiste français m’a dit (vous avez que 5 % de chance de tomber enceinte je vous accompagne pas dans votre projet) et je me suis dirigé vers VITANOVA avec qui j’ai eu une grande écoute et qu’il ont cru en moi et grâce à eu je tiens ma petite fille dans mes bras un Grand Merci

I really have great experience with Vitanova. Every question and concern have been answered and in timely manner, unlike other clinics. Only one information that I was not informed in advanced when doing the transfer. We have to pay one year storage for the sperm (even it was used during the transfer). But we can, of course, store the remaining sperm (if any) with this payment. Although, I haven't succeeded yet with IVF journey but I am in good care by Vitanova :)

I just had my first IVF and it worked! I felt all the time in very good hands and every call and email has been answered shortly. My situation was not easy because I had a liver transplant just 32 months ago, so I knew I am a high risk and need a good care. Everyone was very kind and nice.I give just" 4 stars because of the costs. Not that they dont inform you
