Ensure to have all numbers in writingThe company initially looks professional and actually have good processes in place.BUT...... to ensure that they would not rent out our apartment to anybody and any price, we agreed a minimum price for the guests. We did agree it on the phone, in two emails with numbers specified, and in one additional phone conversation. They even confirmed it with [quote] As we discussed we will keep price to absolute minimum xx kr per night" and confirmed that they understood not to lower it with "Understand you would rather higher rental and less guests."Their business model is that they take 25% and leave 75% for the host/their customers.
