I feel it is my duty to write this review as I don’t want other people to make same mistake as I did. The Company maintain a very outdated customer care system, and I wouldn’t mind that if they offer something authentic and unique. But no, you can get same service, same products only for much less. So, my experience in short: bought Lindberg frames for a little over 1000 USD. Found out I could’ve bought them in another store for almost 40% less! When there is such big price difference, I thought I’ll give it a try and call them and find out about their return policy and maybe they even have a price adjustment policy. Nope, as you’ve already guessed they offer nothing. Just as they stated on their webpage – very old school. I wondered what it means to be “old school” in Retail Business? Now I know: the highest prices in the market, no return policy, no exchange right, no price guarantee…… Good old times))) Guess this business is good only if you have the thickest wallet and don’t bother yourself with expenses or if you are desperate tourist with a limited time (as they put my lenses right in front of me in less than 15min). If you are neither just go somewhere else where they have up to date customer care service system with much bigger selection of frames and with much much better prices. I was planning to give 0 star but then added one as the employees were very helpful and professional.
